Payment is required in full upfront before production begins. We accept secure payment methods including bank transfer and major credit cards. A formal tax invoice is provided, and your order will only proceed once payment and artwork approval are confirmed. This process ensures transparency, protects your order, and guarantees on-time delivery. For long-term or high-volume clients, we may offer credit terms upon approval.
Full refunds are available anytime before a mockup or artwork approval is signed. Once the customer provides artwork approval and production has commenced, returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or customer error for custom printed items are no longer possible.

We take quality control seriously. If your order arrives with defects, incorrect branding, or is not as approved, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a remake, replacement, or refund. Please note that minor variations in colour, alignment, or material texture are normal in print production and do not qualify as defects.
